RETURN POLICY
All merchandise sent back for exchange, credit, refund or replacement must be sent back in good, resellable condition: that is, in the original manufacturer's package and/or carton, and all instruction sheets, warranty cards and any inside protective packaging must be received here and accompanied by the original packing slip with the following information completed. Failure to meet these requirements makes it difficult for us to take any action, and the goods will be returned to you. We can not accept COD packages.

For exchanges, we will ship to the same name and address from the original invoice unless otherwise notified.Should there be any unforeseen problems, may we call you? Please include your phone number.
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Hobby Shack within 30 days of receipt. Freight charges will not be refunded
